.Discussion...
Due to the rain this week, moisture is expected to stick around
today. Breezy conditions this afternoon are forecast to become
relatively calm overnight bring the chance for river valley fog
and frost at high elevations. Tomorrow, relative humidity is
expected to remain at or above 40% with wind around 5 knots.
Gustier conditions (up to 15 knots) are expected in Forest and
Jefferson counties (PA).
On Monday, conditions are expected to become dry with relative
humidity as low as 35% in parts of eastern Ohio, however, winds
are expected to remain relatively light. Dry conditions are not
forecast to persist with the chance for rain on Tuesday.
Fire weather is not expected to be a threat through Monday.
