...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Pennsylvania, including the
  following counties, east central Allegheny and west central
  Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 753 PM EDT, the public reported flooding in North
    Versailles with multiple roads still closed near White Oak.
    Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Pittsburgh, McKeesport, West Mifflin, Baldwin, Munhall, North
    Versailles, Swissvale, White Oak, Duquesne, North Braddock,
    Manor, Trafford, Homestead, Braddock, East Mckeesport,
    Rankin, West Homestead, Dravosburg, Whitaker and Harrison
    City.
