...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following
  county, central Noble.

* WHEN...Until 1215 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Duck Creek at
  Macksburg remains at minor flood stage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 950 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated high water levels due
    to earlier heavy rainfall. Flooding is already occurring in
    the warned area.
  - Heavy rain has ended in the warned area, but it will take
    time for floodwaters to recede.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Caldwell, Dudley, Belle Valley, Sarahsville, Dexter City and
    Wolf Run State Park.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
