...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 930 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The Flood Warning will expire at 930 PM EDT this evening for portions
of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont,
Harrison, Jefferson OH and Monroe and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Marshall and Ohio.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
