The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Monroe County in east central Ohio...
  Northwestern Wetzel County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 1030 PM EDT.

* At 904 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated continuing light rain
  across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell
  earlier. Emergency management reported that water is beginning to
  recede, but roads remain closed in the area of Proctor Creek.
  Additional rainfall of less than a tenth of an inch is expected.
  Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  New Martinsville, Proctor and Hannibal.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
