* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Belmont County in east central Ohio...
  Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
  Monroe County in east central Ohio...
  Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
  Noble County in east central Ohio...

* Until 900 AM EST.

* At 356 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the
  warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Zanesville, Cambridge, Barnesville, Woodsfield, Caldwell, New
  Concord, Byesville, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Dresden,
  Frazeysburg, Dudley, Philo, Quaker City, Pleasant Grove,
  Senecaville, Pleasant City, Beallsville, Cumberland and Lore City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
