Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
Monroe County in east central Ohio...
Noble County in east central Ohio...
* Until 245 PM EDT.
* At 1138 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Woodsfield, Caldwell, Dudley, Sardis, Pleasant City, Cumberland,
Summerfield, Belle Valley, Lewisville, Sarahsville, Dexter City,
Fly, Antioch, Stafford, Graysville, Harriettsville, Rinard Mills,
Wolf Run State Park and Laings.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
