...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Ohio, including the following
  counties, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe,
  Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Periodic waves of heavy rainfall are possible beginning
    tonight, and continuing at times into the weekend. The
    potential for flooding is expected to increase late this
    week, with the most likely potential over the weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
