.Rainfall amounts between 0.50-1.25 inches falling on a melting
snowpack could contribute to significant rises on area rivers. These
rises will impact river ice and could create ice jam flooding. At
this time multiple forecast points are forecast to hit action stage
but none are currently forecast to flood.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
  Fayette, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
  Westmoreland and Westmoreland and northern West Virginia,
  including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker,
  Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern
  Preston and Western Tucker.

* WHEN...Through Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Rapid rises on rivers from rain and snow melt
  exacerbated by ice jams may result in localized flood issues.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
