...FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio,
including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Coshocton, Guernsey,
Harrison, Jefferson OH, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Fayette,
Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland, and West Virginia,
including the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Hancock,
Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern
Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel.

The threat of additional heavy rainfall is ending, and thus the Flood
Watch is being allowed to expire. However, Flood Warnings and Flash
Flood Warnings continue due to runoff from previous heavy rainfall
and ongoing lighter rain. Continue to heed ongoing warnings and road
closures.
