Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont and Monroe, southwest
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Fayette, Greene, Higher
Elevations of Fayette and Washington, and West Virginia, including
the following areas, Brooke, Eastern Preston, Marion, Marshall,
Monongalia, Ohio, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and
Northwestern Preston and Wetzel.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
