...Scattered strong storms this morning...

Radar indicates a few thunderstorms across parts of southeast
Missouri and southern Illinois this morning. Some of the storms
appear capable of hail up to about one half inch in diameter and
gusty winds to 40 to 50 mph. The storms are generally expected to
remain below severe limits through 6 am although one or two could
breifly intensify.
