Survey Summary:
An EF-1 Tornado started about two miles east-northeast of Oxly
producing mainly tree damage in Ripley County. It ripped the roof
off an outbuilding along Highway B. It continued east into Butler
County causing damage to the roof of a mobile home and shingle
damage to another house along with several trees that were
uprooted or snapped. Track crossed Highway 67 and ended about
three miles south-southwest of Harviell. Sporadic straight line
winds of 70-80 mph occurred south of the tornado track.
