* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois and western Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most dense fog will be near large lakes
  and rivers. Use extra caution when driving across bridges.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
