This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Another round of rain and some mixed precipitation is forecast
through this evening. Over parts of the Ozark Foothills, a glaze
of freezing rain may lead to some travel impacts this morning,
especially on elevated and untreated surfaces.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

Seven day rainfall totals of one to four inches will lead to the
potential of both areal and river flooding developing, especially
late this week and into the weekend.

Thunderstorms will also be possible Friday night through Saturday,
but it is too early to determine if the storms will be severe at
this time.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any freezing rain that occurs
this morning over southeast Missouri into southern Illinois.
