Over parts of the Ozark Foothills, a glaze of freezing rain may lead to some travel impacts this morning, especially on elevated and untreated surfaces. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Seven day rainfall totals of one to four inches will lead to the potential of both areal and river flooding developing, especially late this week and into the weekend. Thunderstorms will also be possible Friday night through Saturday, but it is too early to determine if the storms will be severe at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotters are encouraged to report any freezing rain that occurs this morning over southeast Missouri into southern Illinois. $$
