Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

Heat headlines are in effect again today for high heat indices.
Refer to the Heat Advisory for details. The only relief will be in
the form of isolated thunderstorms that will feature heavy rain,
lightning, and gusty winds as primary hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Heat indices that rise to near or into the triple digits are
possible daily, as are isolated storms with heavy rain, lightning,
and gusty winds potential.
