Full sunshine and dry moisture levels will drive RH values down to
around 20-25% this afternoon. However, mixing heights winds will be
limited, reaching around 3700 ft this afternoon. The 1700 ft mixing
height will be reached between 11 AM and 12 PM. Transport winds will be
from the southwest around 15-20 mph. The limited mixing will keep the
conditions for smoke dispersion poor around ignition time, becoming fair
to good in the afternoon. RH values will recover to around 70% tonight.
