.DISCUSSION...
A snowstorm moves across the Quad State today through tonight,
with the highest totals projected to occur in Southeast Missouri.
Flurries to light snow linger Wednesday in the northern/eastern
areas. Between recent rains and the upcoming snow, soils are well
saturated. Northerly winds will be breezy today and tomorrow,
becoming light for the end of the week. Arctic air plunges
temperatures to well below normal mid to late week. High pressure
brings dry conditions for the end of the week and weekend.
