Mostly sunny skies are forecast, but some of the high level smoke
from Canadian wildfires could mix down to the surface this afternoon.
RH values will be elevated at ignition time, around 74%, but will fall
to around 46% this afternoon. Robust mixing will allow for conditions
for smoke dispersion to become good to very good by this afternoon.
