.DISCUSSION...
Scattered thunderstorms are expected again this afternoon, mainly
over southeast Missouri and west Kentucky. A small chance will
linger into Thursday near the Arkansas and Tennessee borders.
Friday into early next week, temperatures and mixing depth will
increase, and relative humidity will be 40-50% each afternoon.
With mixing heights reaching 6000` AGL or more, instability will
be on the increase, as well. Smoke dispersion will remain poor to
fair, due to continued very light winds.
