.DISCUSSION...
Wetting rain chances will become probable on Saturday as a storm
system approaches the region. In the wake of heavy rainfall, minRH
values on Friday will be around 35-40%. Fair to poor dispersion
is forecast due to very light NW transport winds despite mixing
heights around 5 kft AGL. While transport winds increase on
Saturday out of the east, mixing heights drop to around 2 kft AGL
resulting in more poor dispersion.
