.DISCUSSION...
The week will start off mainly dry with a 30% chance of a wetting
rain across portions of southeast Missouri Monday morning. A
greater risk of scattered rain chances across the entire region
arrives Wednesday into Thursday. RH values through Tuesday will
fall to around 40-60%. Transport winds will be fairly light, so
dispersion looks to be poor to fair.
