High pressure will build heat and humidity daily across the
area during this new week with a Heat Advisory in effect. The
only relief will be in the form of isolated to scattered
showers and storms that can develop during the heat of the
afternoon or evening, and even that will offer only short term,
temporary relief from the heat.
