.DISCUSSION...
Very hot but humid conditions are forecast today and
Wednesday. Robust mixing and dew point draw downs will allow
for RH values to fall to 40-50% over the Mark Twain NF. The
next chance of widespread wetting rains will arrive late
Wednesday through Thursday. Rainfall amounts will be light,
generally 0.10-0.25". Cooler, dry, and much less humid
conditions are forecast Friday through Sunday.
