.DISCUSSION...
An extended period of dry weather is expected through at least
Saturday as high pressure dominates the region. Deeper mixing to
around 6000 feet is expected the next several days, but weaker
transport winds will lead to rather poor smoke dispersion. RH`s
actually drop below 50 percent for the next couple afternoons,
particularly across Missouri and Illinois. Our next rain chance
may arrive Sunday into early next week.
