.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will bring lower humidity levels today, with
minimum RH values of 40-50% forecast today. Conditions for
smoke dispersal will be fair to good with deep mixing and
light to steady transport winds from the NE. Similar mixing
and transport winds are forecast Sunday, but RH values will
begin to rise outside of the Mark Twain NF to around 50-65%
on Sunday.
