.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions are forecast through Wednesday. Minimum RH values
should generally be 35-45% the next two days, but may dip around
30% in the Ozark Foothills tomorrow. South winds return on Tuesday
and will be strongest across our east resulting in decent
dispersion there tomorrow. Good dispersion is expected area wide on
Wednesday as deep mixing occurs in tandem with a healthy
southwest breeze. A good chance for wetting rains arrive Wednesday
night into Thursday associated with a cold frontal passage.
