Fire Weather Planning Forecast
National Weather Service Paducah KY
115 PM CDT Tue Aug 18 2026

.DISCUSSION...

Surface high pressure provides a seasonably cooler and drier
forecast today. Its shift to the east tonight allows for
returning storm chances, with said chances continuing thru the
bulk of the mid week. After its passage, a reinforcing shot
of seasonably cooler and drier air closes out the week and holds
thru the weekend into early next week.
