...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following
  county, Spencer.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 708 PM CDT, lingering flooding issues remained, including
    in the Richland City and Rockport areas. Between 1 and 4
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rockport, Dale, Grandview, Santa Claus, Eureka, Chrisney and
    Gentryville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
