353 WGUS83 KPAH 131833 FLSPAH Flood Advisory National Weather Service Paducah KY 133 PM CDT Wed Aug 13 2025 MOC023-181-132145- /O.NEW.KPAH.FA.Y.0100.250813T1833Z-250813T2145Z/ /00000.N.ER.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.000000T0000Z.OO/ Butler MO-Ripley MO- 133 PM CDT Wed Aug 13 2025 ...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Missouri, including the following counties, Butler and Ripley. * WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 133 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
