EVENING...

* WHAT...For the first Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot
  conditions with heat index values up to 110. For the second Extreme
  Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up
  to 110 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern, southeast, and
  southern Oklahoma.

* WHEN...For the first Extreme Heat Warning, until 8 PM CDT this
  evening. For the second Extreme Heat Warning, from 11 AM to 8 PM
  CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
