.DISCUSSION...
At ignition time, temperature will be in the lower 70s with RH
values in the upper 90s percent with north north-east winds
around 10 mph under mostly cloud skies. Winds could start gusting
15-20 mph after 9 AM. There is a 20-30% chance for rain/storms at
ignition time through the afternoon hours. Afternoon temperatures
will warm to near 90 degrees with a minimum RH of 55% by late
afternoon. Winds will gradually veer northwest during the
afternoon hours but less gusty than in late morning.
