Conditions should begin to gradually improve/recover as sunset
approaches this evening. A light southeast surface wind will
continue into the overnight.

There is some potential for patchy fog and/or low clouds towards
sunrise on Thursday. If this materializes, then temperatures may
run slightly cooler into the afternoon compared to the current
forecast. Otherwise, a gusty southeast breeze can be expected by
the late morning as well.
