There still may be a little light rain this morning, but any amounts will be very light. Low clouds and patchy fog will linger this morning, and this will slow heating and in turn slow the increase of mixing height this morning which will keep ventilation and smoke dispersal poor through much of the morning. Some breaks in the clouds will appear late in the morning and more sun this afternoon allowing the mixing height and ventilation to finally increase. .REST OF TODAY...
