.DISCUSSION...
Winds will veer late this morning to just west of due southerly as
an upper-level trough approaches. This will also bring an area of
brief thunderstorms through with the potential for cloud-to-ground
lightning and gusty winds up to 40 mph between 12 pm and 2 pm.
After that, temperatures will recover into the low 90s with a hot,
breezy (winds shifting to just east of due southerly), and
relatively humid afternoon. Good to excellent RH recovery is
expected after sunset, though a second round of thunderstorms in
the evening is also possible.
