A weak cold front will move through the state on Friday morning,
so expect winds out of the north at the onset of the burn. Winds
will roughly be between 5-10 mph through the day, becoming weaker
by sunset. Dry conditions are also expected, and RH values will
drop down into the mid 30s by the afternoon.
