.DISCUSSION...
No significant changes to the winds are expected with winds remaining
from the south or southeast. No significant wind shift is expected.
A significant reduction in ventilation and smoke dispersal will occur
early this evening as the nighttime inversion develops and the mixing
layer becomes much shallower. Humidity recovery will be decent overnight
with RH recovering to about 76 percent by sunrise, although most of the
recovery will occur late this evening and early Tuesday morning.
