.DISCUSSION...
Light winds, clear skies overnight with only modest RH recovery
tonight. Winds will shift to the southwest quickly Wednesday
morning but should remain rather light, but could have some gusts
above 12kts by late morning. Mainly sunny conditions with hot
temperatures and afternoon RH bottoming out between 20-25 percent.
There is a heat advisory for the area tomorrow afternoon.
