Advisory for the following rivers in Oklahoma...

  North Canadian River at Oklahoma City at NW 10th Street affecting
  Canadian and Oklahoma Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...North Canadian River at Oklahoma City at NW 10th Street.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, The North Canadian River remains largely
  within its banks downstream of Lake Overholser Dam from near 10th
  Street to near MacArthur Boulevard in western Oklahoma County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The North Canadian River is expected to rise to a
    crest of 23.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Action stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
