...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Texas, including the following
  counties, Foard, Hardeman and Knox.

* WHEN...Until 145 PM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1035 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Quanah, Crowell, Margaret, Medicine Mound and Copper Breaks
    State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
