...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Oklahoma, including the
following areas, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland,
Comanche, Cotton, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Jefferson, Kay,
Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Love, McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma,
Payne, Pottawatomie and Stephens and northern Texas, including the
following areas, Archer, Clay and Wichita.

The potential for heavy rain and flooding has shifted east of these
areas. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Oklahoma, including
  the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Pontotoc and
  Seminole. In southeast Oklahoma, Atoka, Bryan, Coal, Hughes,
  Johnston and Marshall.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
