...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
  Beckham, Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche,
  Cotton, Custer, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Grant, Greer, Harmon,
  Jackson, Jefferson, Kay, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Lincoln, Logan,
  McClain, Murray, Noble, Oklahoma, Payne, Pontotoc, Pottawatomie,
  Seminole, Stephens, Tillman and Washita and northern Texas,
  including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard,
  Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected,
    with locally higher amounts of 4 inches are possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
