  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northern Texas, including the following
  county, Clay.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall has occurred with more rainfall expected
    through this evening.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood

  Harmon, Jackson, Kiowa, Major, Roger Mills, Tillman, Washita and
  Woodward and northern Texas, including the following counties,
  Baylor, Foard, Hardeman, Knox and Wilbarger.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches will be possible
