...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northeastern Adams
and southeastern Grant Counties through 730 PM PDT...

At 640 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles west of Ritzville to near Warden to 7
miles southwest of Moses Lake. Movement was southeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Warden, Ritzville, and Schrag.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 191 and 224.
 U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 90 and 96.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
