 A combination of rain and snowmelt will lead to rises in creeks and
 streams along the Palouse. For the South Fork Palouse River at
 Pullman, flows will reach action stage (5.5 feet) by Sunday night,
 cresting at 5.68 feet early Monday (Feb 24) morning, before dropping
 back down below action stage by late Monday morning. *Monitor river
 levels, impacts at these levels, and forecasts at
 water.noaa.gov/wfo/otx.
