  A combination of rain and snowmelt will lead to rises in creeks and
  streams along the Palouse. For the South Fork Palouse River at
  Pullman, flows will reach action stage (5.5 feet) by Sunday,
  cresting at 5.8 feet by Sunday night, before dropping back down
  below action stage by late Monday morning. *Monitor river levels,
  impacts at these levels, and forecasts at water.noaa.gov/wfo/otx.
