* WHAT...Temperatures around 32 to 35 degrees will result in frost
  formation.

* WHERE...Grand Coulee, Wilbur, Coulee City, Moses Lake, Ephrata,
  Othello, Harrington, Quincy, Odessa, Creston, and Ritzville.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
