...FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH 9 AM PDT THURSDAY...

* WHAT...For all nights of the Frost Advisory, low temperatures of
  30 to 36 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Othello, Quincy, Moses Lake, and Ephrata.

* WHEN...From 12 AM to 9 AM PDT Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
