  Gifford, Clarkston, Cashmere, Lewiston, Wenatchee, Othello,
  Chelan, Pangborn Airport, Lapwai, Culdesac, Number 1 Canyon,
  Ephrata, Pomeroy, and Quincy.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Tuesday.
