            Minor road flooding/ponding was observed
            along the Loomis-Oroville road due to runoff
            from recent burned areas from the Sinlahekin
            Fire on the north side of Spectacle Lake.
            The area received moderate precipitation
            from several training convective cells on
            the morning of September 3rd. The duration
            of the flooding is estimated.
