Corrects previous flash flood report from 8
SW Irby. Thunderstorms producing torrential
rain washed out 26 road crossings in
southwest Lincoln County. Several culverts
were blown out and some washed away. Major
components of a bridge detached, resulting
in road closure of Lesser Road from Baits
Road to David Road until further notice.
Reports of 2.5 to 3 inches of rain in one
hour from several farmers in area.

E Odessa. Public report of 1.8 inches of
rain falling in Oddesa in 45 minutes, with
flooding in area. Reports of basement
flooding in town, with deep standing water
on roads.
